Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

This Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operated by:

The store operates in accordance with applicable European Union law and Polish law.

 

2. Definitions

  • Store – the online store operated by the Seller;
  • Seller – MD GROUP A. Wojczyszyn S. Wojczyszyn Spółka Jawna;
  • Customer – a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit placing orders;
  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to business activity.

 

3. Placing orders

Orders can be placed 24/7 via the store’s website.

Placing an order means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in case of:

  • incorrect data provided,
  • lack of payment,
  • technical issues,
  • suspicion of unlawful activity.

 

4. Prices and payments

All prices are stated in the store’s applicable currency and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices, introduce promotions, and withdraw them.

Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.

Available payment methods:

Payment cards:

  • Visa,
  • Visa Electron,
  • Mastercard,
  • MasterCard Electronic,
  • Maestro.

The entity providing online payment services for card payments is Autopay S.A.

In case of foreign currency payments, the final transaction amount may vary depending on exchange rates, payment operators, or the Customer’s bank.

 

5. Order fulfillment and delivery

Order processing time is approximate and counted from the moment payment is received or the order is confirmed.

The Seller makes every effort to ensure timely fulfillment; however, delivery times are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • courier companies,
  • manufacturers or suppliers,
  • logistics issues,
  • force majeure,
  • IT system failures.

In case of temporary product unavailability, the Seller may:

  • extend the delivery time,
  • offer a substitute product,
  • cancel the order and refund the payment.

The Customer is obliged to check the shipment in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, a damage report should be prepared.

International deliveries may require longer processing times.

 

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

The product must be returned without undue delay, no later than 14 days after notifying withdrawal.

The Customer bears the cost of returning the product unless otherwise required by law.

Returned products should be sent to the following return address:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

The Seller may withhold the refund until:

  • the returned product is received, or
  • proof of shipment is provided.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after the above conditions are met.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, in particular for:

  • custom-made products,
  • personalized products,
  • perishable goods,
  • hygienic products opened after delivery.

 

7. Complaints

The Customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding a product or store operation.

Complaints should be submitted electronically to:

A complaint should include:

  • Customer details,
  • order number,
  • description of the issue,
  • photos or documentation if possible.

The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 business days.

Natural color variations resulting from monitor settings, lighting, or materials do not constitute grounds for complaint.

 

8. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for:

  • store downtime due to technical issues,
  • errors caused by incorrect data provided by the Customer,
  • courier delays,
  • temporary unavailability of the store.

The Seller’s liability towards business customers is limited to the value of the order.

 

9. User account

Creating an account in the store is voluntary.

The Customer is obliged to provide true and accurate data.

The Seller may block an account in case of violation of the Terms or applicable law.

 

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

 

11. International sales

The store offers sales within selected European Union countries.

Delivery times for international orders are approximate and may be extended due to logistics or factors beyond the Seller’s control.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by foreign carriers or logistics operators.

For international returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by law.

 

12. Language and governing law

The Terms and Conditions may be available in different language versions.

In case of discrepancies, the Polish version shall prevail.

Contracts concluded via the store are governed by Polish law, taking into account applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

 

13. Warranty

Selected products may be covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery to the Customer.

The warranty covers only defects resulting from causes inherent in the product.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • mechanical damage,
  • improper use,
  • incorrect installation or storage,
  • damage caused by third-party interference.

To submit a warranty claim, the Customer should contact the Seller via email and provide proof of purchase.

The Seller reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion, in accordance with applicable law.

 

14. Final provisions

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

Changes do not affect orders placed before their entry into force.

In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.

All disputes shall be resolved amicably whenever possible.

If amicable resolution is not possible, jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

For disputes with business customers, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
